VILLA (Γ) GAMMA
Villa Gamma (build in 2021) is divided into three levels, fully air-conditioned, with wooden oak floor and oak stairs. It is equipped with modern, comfortable furniture and beds with relaxing mattresses and mattress toppers.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
On the first level, we can find a master bedroom with two single beds, which can become a king size bed and a private bathroom. There is also a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Outside there is a very large balcony with a panoramic view of Sivota bay and the Ionian Sea, under the wonderful sunlight or the impressive starry night sky.
On the lower level, which is bathed in daylight, there is a very large area that includes another fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with 2 single beds, a playroom, a private bathroom, a gym and laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.
Outside, there is a private 50m2 infinity pool with Jacuzzi, with salt electrolysis (salt water). Deepest point at 2.4m, lowest depth at 1.1m and iroco deck throughout the pool area.
The parking area is spacious and easy accessible.
