Villa (Δ) Delta as Villa (T) Thita are the biggest houses of 2s villas, covering 320 squares meters and accommodate up to 10 guests. Thanks to the clever architectural layout, these villas can accommodate up to 8 people in the main areas with complete independence and with the possibility of accommodating the residents auxiliary staff, up to 2 people, in the also autonomous area located inside the villa. It is guest’s choice to use the entire villa, without the presence of auxiliary staff, as this area is not different does not lack in facilities and is an integral part of the villa.
Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a very large living room bathed in natural light with magical sea view. Four bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms and two bedrooms with double beds and shared bathroom.
Dominated by wooden oak flooring, they are fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern, comfortable furniture and beds with relaxing mattresses and toppers.
In the vast outdoor area there is an impressively large 60 square meters private infinity pool that includes Jacuzzi. With salt electrolysis (salt water), the deepest point is at 2.4m, the lowest depth at 1.1m and iroco deck combined with natural white stone throughout the pool area.
The parking areas for all the villas are spacious and easily accessible.
